1、 Storage requirements: As BMC materials are curing materials, curing reactions may occur at high temperatures.
Attention should be paid to storage:
1. BMC/SMC has a limited lifespan and its molding has an optimal time, so in order to mold within the optimal time, we must pay attention to the viscosity of BMC/SMC.
2. Before using BMC/SMC, we recommend restoring the material to room temperature and then opening the packaging to prevent condensation from forming and affecting the processing and performance of the product.
3. Shelf life: It is usually recommended to store BMC/SMC in a cool and dry environment, with a temperature controlled below 25 ℃, and can be used for 60 days.
4. Safety instructions for use: BMC/SMC materials contain volatile gases and fiberglass, and the molding area must have sufficient ventilation to avoid gas accumulation. At the same time, excessive contact with raw materials by human skin should be avoided.
2、 Suppression process:
1. During use, it is advisable to avoid blowing exhaust and fans directly towards BMC materials, and to keep them as far away from the temperature of the press and mold as possible.
2. Please do not open all the BMC material packaging bags. It is best to take the material from the bag opening and press it down. The material that opens the bag should be used within one hour.
3. For ease of use, it is best to use a plastic box with a lid to place materials and press small products. It is best to take 5-10kg of material each time and place it in the plastic box, and re tie the BMC material bag opening.
3、 Precautions during production:
1. Before going to work every day, check whether the template and pole bracket match the products made;
2. Before starting work every day, it is necessary to conduct a mold inspection, and after the inspection, sign on the mold inspection form;
3. At the beginning of production, it is necessary to control the heating time of the mold well. Different varieties have different heating times, and the climate and temperature are different, so the heating time is also different;
4. After finishing the first mold, the products in the first mold must be taken off to see whether the products are well formed. If there are problems, find the corresponding person in charge. If there are no problems, continue to do the second mold;
5. After demolding, the demolded upper and lower molds should be placed in an orderly manner, with consistent mold numbers for the upper and lower molds, and the demolded products should also be placed properly;
6. During the process, if there is time, clean up the material on the table. After adding the material, clean up the material on the ground;
7. After each feeding, it is necessary to control the heating time of the mold and increase the pressure by 2 and the injection time by 1 second. After making a few molds, adjust the parameters to their original state;
8. When installing the mold, it is necessary to clean the excess material on the mold, especially the lower surface of the sprue and upper mold;
9. In production, if there is nothing wrong with the machine, it is best not to let the machine stop and try to keep it running continuously. It is forbidden to take a break after making a few molds. When resting and eating, the machine's motor and cooling air conditioning should be turned off;
10. After each shift, clean the hygiene of your work area, including the inside and outside of tables, floors, and machines; After work, gloves should be put away. If they are damaged, they should be replaced the next day. If they are good, they should be put away and used again next time. It is forbidden to take good gloves over and replace them.
